GB/T 19685-2017 Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe

Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, main symbols, classification, raw and auxiliary materials, technical requirements for pipe manufacturing, pipe fittings, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage, usage regulations, and factory certificates of prestressed steel-concrete pipes. This standard applies to the manufacture of prestressed steel-concrete pipes with a nominal inner diameter of 400 mm to 4,000 mm, and a working pressure or hydrostatic head of no more than 2.0 MPa in pipeline operation. When manufacturing pipes exceeding the scope specified in this standard, this standard can be referenced for implementation. Pipes manufactured in accordance with this standard can be used in urban water supply and drainage trunk pipes, industrial water supply pipelines, farmland irrigation, factory pipe networks, power plant supplementary water pipes and cooling water circulation systems, reverse siphons, pressure tunnel pipelines, pipe trenches, pipe galleries, and deep-buried culvert pipes, etc.
