Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize and unify the construction and acceptance standards of rotating motors, ensure the construction quality, and promote the improvement of construction technology, this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the construction and acceptance of electric motors in rotating motors, and turbine generators, gas generators, and phase adjusters with a capacity of 6,000 kW or more. 1.0.3 The installation and trial run of the mechanical parts of rotating motors shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this specification, the construction and acceptance of rotating motors shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
