Scope

1.0.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the supply and use of electricity at the construction sites of hydropower and water conservancy projects and ensure safety. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the supply and use of electricity at the construction sites of hydropower and water conservancy projects with voltages of 10kV or lower. 1.0.3 For the supply and use of electricity at the construction sites of hydropower and water conservancy projects, it is recommended to adopt new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment that have been verified through testing. 1.0.4 For the supply and use of electricity at the construction sites of hydropower and water conservancy projects, in addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, they shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
