Scope
1.0.1 In order to improve the quality level of thermal power generation projects, standardize the management of quality evaluation of thermal power projects, and unify the rules and methods of project quality evaluation, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard specifies the system, process, methods, and verification content of quality evaluation for thermal power generation projects. 1.0.3 This standard applies to the evaluation of the quality level of various types of thermal power generation projects, including new construction, expansion, and reconstruction of coal-fired, gas-fired, biomass-fired, and waste incineration power generation projects. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this standard, the quality evaluation of thermal power projects shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
