Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the detection and evaluation of defects in concrete buildings of hydropower and water conservancy projects and ensure the quality of detection and evaluation, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the detection and evaluation of defects in hydraulic concrete buildings of hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 The detection and evaluation of defects in hydraulic concrete buildings should actively adopt new technologies, new methods, new processes, and new equipment that have been proven effective. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this standard, the detection and evaluation of defects in concrete buildings of hydropower and water conservancy projects shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
