Scope

This standard specifies the methods for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunohistochemistry of the glycoprotein E (gE, also known as gp Ⅰ) of porcine pseudorabies virus.
This standard is applicable to the detection of gE-specific antibodies against porcine pseudorabies virus in pig serum and the detection of porcine pseudorabies virus antigens in tissues.
