Scope
This document specifies the content and technical requirements of the supervision work for the water-cooled walls, superheaters, reheaters, and economizer tubes (hereinafter referred to as the heating surface tubes) of boilers in thermal power plants during the four stages of design, manufacture, installation, and in-service operation. This document applies to the heating surface tubes of power station boilers with a rated steam pressure of 9.8 MPa or higher. The heating surface tubes of other types of boilers can be implemented in accordance with this document.
