GB/T 21419-2013 Safety of transformers,reactors,power supply units and combinations thereof—EMC requirements

Scope

This standard specifies the electromagnetic compatibility requirements for emissions and immunity in the frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz. There is no need to conduct tests on frequency bands for which no limits are specified.
This standard applies to transformers, reactors, power supply devices, and their combinations included in the GB 19212 series of standards.
For transformers, reactors, power supply devices, and their combinations that are supplied with or used in conjunction with electrical appliances or electrical equipment, they shall meet the relevant EMC standard requirements applicable to such electrical appliances or electrical equipment. However, for these accompanying transformers, reactors, power supply devices, and their combinations, this standard can be used as a guideline before they are installed in electrical appliances or electrical equipment.
This standard only concerns performance. Other operating conditions of transformers, reactors, and power supply devices (for example, simulating faults in the circuit for testing purposes, or the impact of electromagnetic phenomena on functional safety, or the evaluation of people exposed to electromagnetic fields) are not considered in this standard.
Note: In this standard, EUT (equipment under test) refers to transformers, reactors, power supply devices, and their combinations (if applicable).
This standard does not apply to:
——Uninterruptible power supply devices (UPS) included in the IEC 62040 series of standards;
——Power supply devices included in IEC 61204-3 (i.e., DC-DC converters, DC power and distribution equipment, and power supply devices used in equipment covered by IEC 60950-1, IEC 61010-1, IEC 60601, IEC 60065, and IEC 62368-1);
——Power supply and converters used with or in products included in IEC 61347-1.
