GB/T 37015的本部分规定了电力系统安全稳定角度下的柔性直流输电系统暂态性能的技术要求，包括正常操作暂态过程、故障扰动暂态过程、通信要求和辅助系统四个方面的要求。
本部分适用于基于半桥型模块化多电平换流器构成的两端、多端和背靠背等柔性直流输电系统。本部分对于基于全桥型模块化多电平换流器构成的柔性直流输电系统和基于电流源换流器的直流输电系统可参考使用。
本部分可用于指导柔性直流输电系统的规划、设计、建设及运行。
