This guidance technical document specifies the principles, terminology and definitions, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, measurement procedures, result presentation, and test reports for detecting one-dimensional or quasi-one-dimensional nanomaterials in nanomaterials using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.
