Scope
This standard specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reporting for short-term toxicity tests of chemicals on fish embryos and yolk sac larvae. This standard is applicable to determining the lethal effects and, to a certain extent, sublethal effects of chemicals on the test fish at a specific stage.
