Scope
This standard specifies the standard method for detecting the resistance of carbon nanotube thin films, so that users can make appropriate choices based on their own application scenarios. The purpose of this standard is to evaluate the consistency of the conductivity of products from different batches manufactured by the same production process. For each application, a relationship between the parameters measured according to the specified method and the relevant product performance parameters should be established. This standard includes the following contents: a) definitions of the terms used in this document; b) recommendations for sample preparation; c) an outline of the experimental procedure for measuring the resistance of carbon nanotube thin films; d) analysis of results and discussion of data; e) case analysis; f) references.
