Scope
本标准规定了用于测量齿轮渐开线、螺旋线、齿距和径向跳动的仪器的评价方法，也适用于直接测量径向跳动和利用分度测量方法来计算径向跳动的仪器。另外推荐了齿厚测量仪的评价方法，包括使用校准样板的测量不确定度的评估方法。本标准不包括需ISO/IEC 17025 认可的实验室样板的校准要求；不作为产品齿轮的验收规范（见ISO 13281、ISO 13282、ISO/TR 100641 和 ISO/TR 100642)；不适用于产品齿轮测量不确定度的评定（该评定见ISO/TR 100645)。
