Scope
This document specifies the minimum values and dimensional tolerances of the main magnetic properties of hard magnetic materials (also known as permanent magnetic materials). For reference, this document also provides the density values and chemical composition ranges of the materials.
This document is applicable to the inspection of hard magnetic materials.
Note: Table B.1 in Appendix B provides additional mechanical and physical performance values related to magnetic materials for reference and comparison.
