Scope

This part of DB32/T 3762 specifies the environment and facilities for the isolation and cultivation of the novel coronavirus in clinical samples, the equipment and consumables, the reagents and materials, the operating procedures, and the cleaning and disinfection.
This part is applicable to the isolation and cultivation of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in various clinical samples from patients with novel coronavirus infection. The isolation and cultivation procedures for other respiratory viruses can be carried out by reference.
