Scope

This document defines a model of manufacturing operation management activities that can achieve the integration of enterprise systems and control systems. The activities defined in this document are consistent with the definition of the object model given in IEC 62264-1. The modeled activities operate between business planning and logistics functions, which should be defined as layer 4 functions and process control functions defined as layer 2 functions in IEC 62264-1. The scope of this document is limited to:
