GB/T 32828-2016 Warehouse & logistics automation system’s functional safety specification

Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for the functional safety of warehouse logistics automation systems (hereinafter referred to as WAS; see Appendix A), provides the technical specifications of WAS, the methods for evaluating the functional safety of WAS, and the measures to be taken to achieve the functional safety of WAS, which are used to handle activities related to the functional safety of WAS. This standard applies to the safety requirements related to the overall operation and functions of WAS, and does not include the safety requirements of individual devices. The safety requirements for individual devices are specified in the dedicated standards for these devices. Therefore, this standard only addresses the interconnection of devices working in collaboration, the electrical control of automated logistics equipment, and the safety aspects that are critical for users and operators of WAS and that should be considered when designing computer monitoring and management systems.
