Scope

This document specifies the testing principles, testing equipment and requirements, sample preparation, testing steps, stripe identification and classification, and test reports for stripes on the end faces of flat glass. This document is applicable to the detection and classification of stripes on the end faces of flat glass products produced by the float glass process, with a thickness range of 0.2 mm to 15 mm.
