Scope
本标准规定了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定高纯氧化铝粉体中痕量金属元素含量的方法。
本标准适用于高纯氧化铝粉体（氧化铝含量的质量分数范围在99.9%~99.995%之间）中钙、铬、铜、铁、镧、镁、锰、钠、镍、铅、硅、钛、钒、钇、锌、锆等痕量金属元素含量的测定。各元素的测定范围见表1。
