GB/T 37257-2018 Wind turbines—Measurement of mechanical loads
Basic Information
Scope
In order to validate the load simulation model, this standard describes the measurement of the basic structure loads of wind turbines. This standard specifies the requirements and recommendations for site selection, signal filtering, data acquisition, calibration, data verification, load measurement conditions, capture matrix, post-processing, uncertainty calculation, and reporting. In addition, an informative appendix is provided to enhance the understanding of the testing methods.
The methods described in this standard can also be used for mechanical load measurement for other purposes, such as statistical analysis of measured loads, direct measurement of design loads, safety and functional testing, or measurement of component loads. If these methods are used for other purposes or for unconventional wind turbine designs, the required signals, measurement load conditions, capture matrix, and post-processing methods need to be evaluated and adjusted as necessary to achieve the corresponding objectives.
These methods are applicable to onshore horizontal-axis wind turbines (HAWTs) with a swept area greater than 200 m2. However, the described methods can also be applied to other wind turbines (e.g., small wind turbines, ducted wind turbines, vertical-axis wind turbines).
