Scope

This part of GB/T 18443 specifies the test principles and methods for measuring the leakage and venting rate of vacuum insulated cryogenic equipment, as well as requirements for test devices, equipment and instruments, test conditions and preparation, test procedures, data processing, and test records and reports.
This part is applicable to the measurement of leakage and venting rate in vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessels, vacuum insulated cryogenic welded gas cylinders, vacuum insulated pipes and their fittings, etc., except for those used for storing and transporting liquid hydrogen. Other equipment can refer to and implement these requirements accordingly.
