Scope
This procedure applies to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of high-insulation resistance measuring instruments (hereinafter referred to as high-resistance meters) with test amplifiers installed in the machine, whose rated DC operating voltage does not exceed 1000V and can directly measure resistances of more than 1000MΩ.
This procedure does not apply to the verification of insulation resistance meters and ohmmeters. This procedure also does not involve the verification of the measuring electrodes of high-resistance meters.
