Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of DC resistance boxes with an accuracy level ranging from Class 0002 to Class 10, a resistance value ranging from 10-3 Ω to 107 Ω, and a line insulation voltage not exceeding 650 V.
This procedure is not applicable to the verification of resistance boxes used as internal components of instruments or resistance boxes developed for special requirements, as well as AC resistance boxes.
