Scope

Scope:1 Scope This document stipulates the evaluation principles, evaluation requirements, evaluation implementation, supervision, and certificates of the "Gaoyang Youpin" standard. This document applies to organizations applying for the "Gaoyang Youpin" standard evaluation and evaluation activities organized by evaluation agencies; Main technical content:3.2 "Gaoyang Youpin" standard – the standards implemented by "Gaoyang Youpin". 3.3 Professional evaluation – T/GYMJ 004 – 2025. The professional evaluation team reviews the compliance of the application materials submitted by the applying organization with the technical indicators of corresponding national or industry standards and domestic industry benchmarks. 4 Evaluation principles 4.1 Fairness and impartiality – comply with legal and policy requirements, be truthful, transparent, and fair. 4.2 Objective and rigorous – adopt a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to objectively and rigorously evaluate the level of key indicators. 5 Evaluation methods The evaluation methods of the "Gaoyang Youpin" standard include document evaluation and on-site evaluation. 6 Evaluation requirements 6.1 Evaluation organization 6.1.2 The evaluation team should establish a professional evaluation group, and the evaluation group should implement a system of responsibility by the group leader. 6.1.3 The professional evaluation group is generally composed of 5 experts, including 2 experts in standards and 3 experts related to the standard. 6.2 Document evaluation The evaluation team should review and evaluate the compliance and effectiveness of the application materials and form a document evaluation report. 6.3 On-site evaluation When it is necessary to verify the authenticity, compliance, and effectiveness of the content of the organization's application materials on-site, on-site evaluation can be conducted.
