Scope
This guidance technical document specifies the basic requirements for the safety protection and structure of portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation systems (including DC and AC types), the inspection items and methods, marking, packaging, storage and transportation, as well as the relevant requirements for the instruction documents provided to users. This guidance technical document applies to AC and DC portable proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation systems. It can be used in non-hazardous indoor or outdoor environments such as commercial, industrial, and residential settings. However, it is not applicable to fuel cell power generation systems used in road vehicles.
