Scope
This document stipulates the technical requirements for carbon emissions of unit products (hereinafter referred to as "unit products") in the rolling process of the steel industry, the scope of carbon emission statistics and calculation methods, and the carbon emission management measures of enterprises. This document is applicable to the calculation and evaluation of carbon emissions of unit products in the rolling process of steel enterprises and independent rolling enterprises, as well as the control of carbon emissions of unit products in newly built and renovated enterprises.
