Scope
This document stipulates the energy consumption limit levels, technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving measures for the energy consumption of main production processes of stainless steel (hereinafter referred to as "unit product energy consumption"). This document applies to the calculation and evaluation of energy consumption in the following processes of stainless steel production enterprises: laterite nickel ore sintering process, laterite nickel ore blast furnace process, laterite nickel ore metallurgical furnace process, stainless steel alloy furnace process, stainless steel converter process, stainless steel electric furnace process, stainless steel hot-rolled steel strip process, stainless steel bar process, and stainless steel wire process, as well as the energy consumption control of newly constructed equipment.
