DL/T 5729-2023 DL/T 5729-2023 Electric Power Distribution Network Planning and Design Technical Guidelines

Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the planning, design, and construction of distribution networks, and to effectively guide distribution network construction and operation enterprises in carrying out distribution network planning and design work, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the planning and design of public AC distribution networks with voltages of 110 kV and below in China. User distribution networks may refer to and implement it as appropriate. 1.0.3 This standard specifies requirements for power supply areas and planning preparation bases, load forecasting and power and energy balance, main technical principles, grid structure, equipment selection, secondary systems and intelligence of distribution networks, and user and power supply access requirements. It also sets forth related requirements for planning calculation analysis and technical-economic analysis of distribution networks. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this technical guideline, distribution network planning and design should also comply with the provisions of relevant national and industry standards currently in force.
