Scope

1.0.1 In order to strengthen the quality management of 110kV and above overhead transmission line construction projects and standardize the construction quality inspection and testing work, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to new and reconstruction projects of 110kV and above overhead transmission lines, but do not apply to large-span overhead transmission line projects. 1.0.3 The instruments, meters, and measuring tools used in construction quality inspection and testing shall be calibrated and qualified, and shall be used within the validity period. 1.0.4 The construction quality inspection and testing of 110kV and above overhead transmission line projects shall, in addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, also comply with the relevant national standards currently in force.
