Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for the safety risk assessment of overhead transmission lines under typical working conditions, data requirements and processing, and intelligent evaluation of typical safety risks. This document is applicable to the safety distance and stress risk assessment of conductors and ground wires of overhead transmission lines with voltages of 110 (66) kV, DC ± 400 kV and above. For overhead lines with voltages of 35 kV and below, this document can be used for reference.
