Scope

This guide is applicable to the preparation of feasibility studies, preliminary designs, construction drawings, and engineering budget documents for environmental engineering projects. It can also serve as a reference for project approval, review, supervision, management, and investment decision-making in environmental engineering. For environmental engineering projects subject to approval and filing system management, the project application report may be prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions of this guide on feasibility study reports. The content and preparation requirements of their preliminary designs, construction drawings, and engineering budget documents shall comply with this guide. The environmental protection facilities supporting the "Three Simultaneous" requirements for construction projects may refer to this guide for implementation. For modification (expansion) of environmental engineering projects, this guide may also be used as a reference for implementation.
