Scope

For the hazards listed in Chapter 4 and addressed in Chapter 5, this part of GB 25431 stipulates the safety requirements for the design and manufacture of the following model-face cutting granulators:
——Underwater cutting granulators;
——Water ring cutting granulators;
——Dry cutting granulators;
——Centrifugal cutting granulators;
——Roller knife cutting granulators.
Pull-strip cutting granulators are not within the scope of this part.
This part does not cover the requirements for the design of any emission systems.
