This standard specifies the definition, classification, grade, order content, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of vanadium-containing hot-rolled ribbed earthquake-resistant steel bars; the manufacturing process; technical requirements; test methods; inspection rules; packaging; marking; and quality certificates. This standard applies to vanadium-containing ordinary and fine-grained hot-rolled ribbed earthquake-resistant steel bars. This standard does not apply to recycled steel bars and post-heat-treatment steel bars that are rolled from finished steel products.
