Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for the pavement structure, drainage prevention, materials, mix design, construction, quality management, inspection and acceptance, environmental management, and quality monitoring of highway cement-stabilized phosphogypsum base layers. This document is applicable to the application of Dazhou City's highway cement-stabilized phosphogypsum mixtures in the subbase of Class II and lower asphalt pavements, the base layer of Class II and lower cement concrete pavements, and other subbases. Municipal roads, rural roads, and factory roads, etc. can refer to and implement this document. This document is not applicable to roads in environmentally sensitive areas such as nature reserves, water source protection areas, wetland parks, and basic farmland protection areas.
