Scope
Main technical contents: 1. Drying: Remove the corn cob and dry it until the moisture content reaches 13%. 2. Cleaning of pure seeds: Screen out moldy kernels, sand, straw stalks, and other impurities from the corn kernels. 3. Spraying and mixing: Add the cleaned corn kernels to a mixer and use a spray irrigation machine to spray an appropriate amount of water mist while mixing at low speed for 5-10 minutes to ensure even moisture penetration. 4. Peeling and removing the germ: Before peeling, add a sufficient amount of water to conduct uniform moisture penetration. The water addition is typically 1.5%–2%, allowing the kernels to soak for 40–60 minutes until their moisture content reaches 16%–18%, which enhances the toughness of the husk and germ. The peeled and germ-removed pure seeds are then sent to a crushing and milling machine to obtain the endosperm and husk, which can be used as animal feed. 5. Pelletizing: Processed pure corn kernels are directly sent to a crushing and milling machine for pelletizing. 6. Separation: Use a sieving machine to separate the crushed and milled corn grits and powder. The separated granular corn products are qualified products, while the separated powder is a high-quality raw material for corn flour production. 7. Drying: The processed corn grits are sent to a hot-air dryer and dried at a temperature of 100℃ until the moisture content reaches approximately 14%, which is ideal for storage.
