Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, main parameters and performance indicators, safety and environmental protection requirements, basic requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of sludge and leachate vehicles. This standard applies to sludge and leachate vehicles with a maximum speed of no more than 60 km/h, which are equipped with dedicated wheeled chassis, three-wheeled vehicles, or low-speed truck chassis, and operate at an altitude of less than 3,500 meters.
