本标准规定了冷轧钢板和钢带的术语和定义、分类和代号、尺寸、尺寸允许偏差、外形要求、尺寸及外形的测量、重量及数值修约。
本标准适用于轧制宽度不小于600 mm的冷轧宽钢带，纵切钢带，剪切钢板（以下简称钢板和钢带）。单张冷轧钢板亦可参照执行。
