Scope

This part of GB/T 18400 specifies the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the linear and rotary axes of machining centers, as well as the tolerances for their positioning accuracy testing.
This part applies to machining centers with a linear axis travel of up to 2,000 mm and those equipped with rotary axes.
This part no longer addresses the environmental conditions, machine tool heating, and testing methods already specified in GB/T 17421.2—2000.
