Scope

This part of GB/T 20564 specifies the terms and definitions, classification and designations, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of cold-rolled quenched high-strength steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and strips). This part is applicable to steel plates and strips with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 2.5 mm, which are mainly used for the production of automotive structural parts and reinforcements.
