本标准规定了低环境温度空气源热泵（冷水)机组的能效等级、技术要求和试验方法。
本标准适用于采用电动机驱动的、低环境温度运行的风水型低环境温度空气源热泵（冷水)机组、供暖用低环境温度空气源热泵热水机、供暖用低温型商业或工业用及类似用途的热泵热水机。
本标准不适用于低环境温度空气源多联式空调机组和风风型低环境温度空气源热泵机组。
