Scope

This standard applies to the self-monitoring of cement industry pollutant discharge units during the production and operation phase, including air and water pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality. This standard applies to the self-monitoring of cement industry pollutant discharge units in cement (clinker) manufacturing, mine mining, bulk cement transfer stations, and cement product production. This standard also applies to the self-monitoring of cement industry pollutant discharge units that utilize cement kilns to co-process hazardous waste, municipal and industrial wastewater treatment sludge, animal and plant processing waste, contaminated soil, and emergency waste, etc. The maximum proportion of mixed waste in the total input material of the kiln shall not exceed 30%.
