Scope
This document specifies the evaluation process, evaluation samples, evaluation elements, evaluation methods, evaluation conclusions, and evaluation reports for the evaluation of the performance of solid waste fuels used in boilers. This document is applicable to the evaluation of the fuel performance of solid waste used in boilers, including coal-fired boilers with solid waste co-firing, pure biomass boilers, and waste incineration power generation boilers. The evaluation of the fuel performance of solid waste co-disposed in cement kilns and incinerators shall be implemented in accordance with this document. This document is not applicable to the evaluation of the fuel performance of hazardous waste and biomass-formed fuels.
