Scope
This standard specifies the content and methods of monitoring air pollutants, landfill gas, leachate, effluent, groundwater, noise, and landfill materials, as well as monitoring the density of flies in sanitary landfills for municipal solid waste. This standard applies to sanitary landfills for municipal solid waste. It does not apply to landfills for industrial solid waste and hazardous waste.
