Scope
This part specifies the general requirements for chemical analysis of hard alloys using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The standards listed in Table 1 of this part specify the methods for determining the content of the following elements using flame atomic absorption spectrometry: Calcium, cobalt, chromium, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, sodium, nickel, titanium, and vanadium.
