GH/T 1468-2024 Integrity management system for commercial and trade circulation enterprise—Requirements

Scope

This document provides the principles and operational methods for trade and circulation enterprises to implement an integrity management system, and stipulates the requirements for corporate environment, leadership role, planning, support, management implementation, inspection and analysis, and continuous improvement.
This document is applicable to guiding trade and circulation enterprises in establishing and operating an integrity management system internally, and can also serve as a basis for third-party organizations to audit the integrity management system of trade and circulation enterprises.
Note 1: The integrity management system of trade and circulation enterprises focuses on integrity-related process methods, with an emphasis on the realization process of commodity transactions or service provision.
Note 2: When certain requirements of this document are not applicable due to the nature of trade and circulation enterprises, the requirements can be selected, but the reasons must be clearly explained, and this shall not affect the enterprise's ability or responsibility to fulfill its commitments.
