Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for a quality management system for organizations with the following needs: a) Need to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements; b) Through the effective application of the system, including the process of continuous improvement of the system and ensuring compliance with customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, aim to enhance customer satisfaction. This standard provides guidance for organizations in acquiring, providing, developing, operating, and maintaining computer software and related support services when applying GB/T 19001—2000. This standard does not add or modify any requirements of GB/T 19001—2000.
