Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the gas discharge volume of getters, the test methods for the nitrogen release dynamic curve of nitrogen-doped getters, the test methods for the mercury release and reabsorption curve of mercury-releasing getters, the test methods for the gas absorption and release performance of getters using constant pressure method, and the test methods for the gas absorption and release performance of getters using constant volume method, etc.
