Scope

This document establishes the construction principles and network structure of the county-level rural delivery service network, and provides guidance and suggestions on the construction content and management norms of county-level mail and express parcel processing venues, township-level delivery service venues, and village-level integrated delivery and logistics service stations. This document is applicable to the new construction, expansion, and renovation of the county-level rural delivery service network.
