Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for the ground control unit software of civilian small and medium-sized multi-rotor drones (hereinafter referred to as "drones"). This document is applicable to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of drone ground control unit software. Other drone ground control unit software can be implemented in accordance with this document.
