Scope
本文件规定了设计和制造自走乘坐式农业机械，以及在制造商按照预期和可预见的条件下使用机器时，发生翻滚、倾倒、或翻滚和倾倒两者兼有的危险稳定性评价准则。本文件还规定了制造商提供的安全操作（包括残余风险）的信息类型。
本文件不适用于以下情况：
——空载质量小于400 kg的机器；
——在其他特定标准中规定有翻滚或倾倒的防护措施机器，例如农业拖拉机、林业拖拉机；
——与道路运输作业相关的危险；
——自由落体事件；
——碰撞引起的翻滚。
本文件不适用于在本文件发布之前生产的机器。
